Night Lake offers a unique fishing experience set against tranquil yet mysterious nighttime waters. Players use a lantern and fishing rod to explore diverse lakes, from quiet pine forests to eerie, frozen shores and dense bayous. The game emphasizes timing and skill as you cast your line, watch for bites, and carefully reel in your catch while managing tension to avoid losing fish. Alongside catching ordinary fish, unexpected creatures and local legends enrich the atmosphere, blending peaceful simulation with subtle adventure and arcade elements. Selling your haul allows you to upgrade gear and unlock new locations, deepening the exploration and progression. Night Lake combines relaxing gameplay with a touch of suspense, creating a cozy but intriguing fishing adventure.

How to Play

Goal: catch fish, sell them at the dock, buy better tackle, complete quests and unlock new lakes. Land the lake monsters, then call up each lake's legend.

Computer: W/S to row, A/D to turn. Hold Left Click on the water to aim and release to cast. Click or press Space when the float really goes under, then hold to reel in. In a fight keep the tension out of the red and hold A/D to lean the rod away from the fish. E opens the dock shop at the dock, J quests, P pause.

Phone: left stick to row and turn. Right stick: hold to aim, let go to cast; tap when the float goes under, hold to reel in, push away from the fish in a fight.
